If you've lost your certificate or need it re-sent:
On learn.rodyobrien.com, it can be redownloaded through the Download certificate button
On the original system, email cpd@rodyobrien.com with your name, firm name and address, the seminar completed, and the date and time you completed it, and we'll issue it manually.
Please note: where we issue a certificate manually, you take full responsibility for the accuracy of the date and time you provide, should it be relied on in a Law Society audit.
If a certificate has incorrect details (wrong name, hours, or category): Contact us with your name, the seminar, and what needs correcting, and we'll issue an updated one.
